Resepi: Spaghetti Panggang Krim Udang

150 g spaghetti kering

Krim Udang:
1 sdm mentega
10 g bawang Bombay, cincang halus

1 sdt bawang putih, cincang halus

20 g paprika merah, iris kasar

100 g udang kupas ukuran sedang

1/2 sdm tepung terigu
200 ml susu segar
1/2 sdt merica bubuk

1 sdt garam

1 sdm mayones botolan

1 sdm keju cheddar parut

1 sdm keju parmesan parut

1 sdt daun peterseli cincang

Cara membuat:
  • Rebus spaghettini dengan air seukupnya hingga lunak. Angkat dan tiriskan.
  • Krim Udang: Tumis bawang Bombay dan bawang putih hingga layu dan harum.
  • Masukkan paprika, aduk hingga layu
  • Tambahkan udang, aduk hingga merah dan kaku.
  • Taburi tepung terigu, aduk hingga rata.
  • Tuangi susu segar, tambahkan merica, garam lalu didihkan hingga kental.
  • Tambahkan mayones dan keju cheddar, aduk hingga kental.
  • Masukkan spaghetti, aduk rata. Angkat.
  • Siapkan pinggan tahan panas, olesi margarin.
  • Tuang adonan ke dalam pinggan, beri bahan Taburan.
  • Panggang dalam oven panas selama 20 menit.
  • Angkat, sajikan hangat.
